FROM A VEHICLE TO THE FLEET

Start with the question.
Find the journey behind it.

Where was the vehicle last reported?

Check a vehicle’s reported location and timestamp before making the next call or planning a handover.

How did the day unfold?

Review the available routes and stops between customer jobs, deliveries or sites. Follow up individual trips when you need more context.

When did it enter or leave?

Use supported geofences around a depot or other place, with alerts matched to the device and configuration.

BUSINESS REPORTING · PORTAL BETA

Make sense of your
fleet’s working day.

Start with a location. Follow the recorded journey. Then use the available reports to understand vehicle activity across the day.

  • Daily work summary: review first and last movement, recorded distance, driving, stops and idle periods.
  • Fleet usage: compare recorded activity across selected vehicles before looking more closely at one journey.
  • Idle-time review: examine periods reported as stationary with ignition on, where supported by your installation.

Beta report access depends on your account, device setup and available history. Ask us about access for your fleet. Recorded movement is not a timesheet or proof that a job was completed.

A PRACTICAL ROLLOUT

The right fit.
One vehicle at a time.

  1. List the fleetShare vehicle models, years, usual routes, existing devices and who needs account access. Include equipment as well as road vehicles.
  2. Choose each connectionUse self-fit EZY01 on a compatible OBD-II port, EZYH1 for a professional permanent installation, or S20-Pro for suitable equipment.
  3. Confirm the packageAgree the local SIM/data setup, service period, delivery and fitting requirements before ordering.
  4. Fit and checkFollow the device instructions, label the linked devices and confirm fresh reports from the installed locations.

Self-install OBD trackers are our simplest starting point for compatible vehicles across the Philippines. For a discreet hardwired fit, mobile auto electricians are available by arrangement in major cities. Tell us your city and vehicle details so we can confirm fitting availability, costs and dates.

For a mixed fleet, choose the device for each vehicle rather than assuming every vehicle uses the same fitting method. We can discuss a staged rollout and the information needed for your quote.

Updates depend on settings, power and coverage. Supported reports and alerts depend on the installed hardware and available history.
