Your first connection.

  1. Check your vehicleConfirm the make, model, year, OBD-II port and clearance. Use your vehicle handbook to locate the port; its position varies.
  2. Park before fittingSwitch the ignition off, apply the parking brake and push the compatible tracker straight into the port without forcing it.
  3. Keep controls clearThe device and any suitable extension must stay clear of your legs, pedals, steering, airbags and other controls. Secure any extension properly.
  4. Power up and sign inWhile safely parked outdoors with mobile coverage, follow the device guide and sign in to the EZY GPS app with your supplied tracking username and password.

02 / PROFESSIONAL FITTING

A permanent fit.
Installed for your vehicle.

Self-install OBD trackers are our simplest starting point for compatible vehicles across the Philippines. For a discreet hardwired fit, mobile auto electricians are available by arrangement in major cities. Tell us your city and vehicle details so we can confirm fitting availability, costs and dates.

Use a qualified installer and instructions matched to the supplied tracker, harness and vehicle. The installer should assess the correct voltage, protected power supply, mounting position and wiring route.

Before the installer leaves, check that the device is securely fitted and reporting. Confirm any supported ignition or power-loss events against the actual configuration.

Professional installation is quoted separately. This general guide does not replace the model-specific installer instructions.

03 / RECHARGEABLE TRACKING

Charge. Mount.
Check the report.

  1. Charge in a dry placeUse the supplied USB-C cable and a suitable 5 V / 2 A USB supply. Charge fully, unplug and close the port cover.
  2. Switch on and checkFollow the model guide. On the S20-Pro, hold Power for about five seconds to switch on or off. A brief press shows the lights; dark lights alone do not mean it is off. Do not double-press: this triggers SOS.
  3. Mount securelyChoose a clean, flat steel surface with a suitable view of the sky. Avoid metal above the tracker and use an appropriate restraint if vibration could dislodge it.
  4. Confirm and maintainCheck a fresh location, report time and battery level from the final mounting position. More frequent reporting uses more battery; plan regular checks and recharging.

IF SOMETHING NEEDS ATTENTION

Check the report.
Then the connection.

The location has not updated. What should I check?

Look at the last-update time first. Confirm device power or battery charge, reporting mode, GPS reception and mobile coverage. If safe, check outdoors. Refreshing the app does not force the device to send a new report.

My vehicle is in a garage or underground car park.

Buildings, roofs, metal and underground locations can limit GPS and mobile reception. The map may show an older reported position. Check the time and recheck when the vehicle is safely back in a suitable reception area.

I cannot see my new tracker in the app.

Confirm you are using the supplied account and that the correct device has been linked. Keep your order reference and device identifier handy when contacting support. Do not share your password or sign-in code.

What should I send for support?

Email your order reference, tracker model, vehicle or asset, approximate operating area, last-update time and a description of the issue. Send account and device information privately to our support team, never in a public post.
